COURSE DESCRIPTION
This qualification would apply to individuals with various job titles including executive officers, program consultants and program coordinators. Individuals in these roles may possess substantial experience in a range of settings, but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions. Conversely, it may also apply to those with little or no vocational experience, but who possess sound theoretical business skills and knowledge that they would like to develop in order to create further educational and employment opportunities.
Students need to complete 12 units of competency to achieve this qualification. The list of units offered at DIC is as follows:

Duration
This program will be delivered over a period of 52 weeks 20 hours per week by 40 teaching weeks and 12 weeks of holidays.
CREDIT TRANSFER
Students may be able to shorten the length of their chosen course by measuring skills acquired through professional work experiences or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training. All claims for RPL and Credit Transfer should be made upon enrolment in the course and must be received by the Administration within two (2) weeks of the commencement.

Qualification
On successful completion of this course you will be awarded with BSB50120 Diploma of Business. Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency within this Qualification will receive a Statement of Attainment.
Pathways from the qualification
After achieving this qualification candidates may undertake:
- A range of Advanced Diploma level qualifications within the BSB07 Business Services Training Package, or other Training Packages. One such example could be BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business.
